She has 25 years of municipal planning experience and holds an M.A from the University of Maryland.

Network Regulatory Consultant

Yenal is a Network Real Estate Regulatory Project Manager for Verizon Wireless in Upstate New York.

Mr. Kucuker is responsible for informing local municipalities and stakeholders on Verizon’s small cell deployment strategy, and building critical partnerships to streamline 5G deployment.

He holds an M.A in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.

Deputy General Counsel

Mr. Post Post is Deputy General Counsel – NY in the State Government Affairs organization of Verizon’s Public Policy, Law and Security Department.  After graduating from Harvard Law School in 1980, Mr. Post spent ten years as a litigator with a New York law firm, after which he joined Verizon (then known as New York Telephone Company).  He has spent the last thirty years practicing telecommunications law, mostly in proceedings before the New York Public Service Commission.  He has been involved in a wide range of legal and regulatory issues related to network unbundling, service costs, privacy, facilities placement and right-of-way access, cable television franchising, service quality, and other  matters.
